How can I become a member?

What exactly will I receive?

Monthly Subscriptions $24.99 + $5 flat rate shipping worldwide. Up to 4 unique and hard to find treats based on our themed tours of London. Limited single purchases and advance prepay options will be available each month.

What is the delivery charge?

We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide for just $5 per box. Boxes are shipped via Royal Mail and are NOT TRACKED. We maintain records of all deliveries and have found that the vast majority reach their recipients in between 4 and 14 working days. However, please allow up to 4 weeks for rare late deliveries.

I’ve just subscribed! when do I get my first box?

Thanks for joining us! We ship our boxes around the 14th of every month.  Any purchases made after the 2nd  of the month will be shipped on the 14th of the following month. For subscriptions, automatic renewals will begin on the 1st day of the month after your first box has been received.


If you subscribed before the 2nd of May, you will be charged straight away and you will receive May’s box shipped around the 14th, and renew on the 1st of June and receive June’s box.

If you subscribe on or after 2nd May up to 1st June, you will be charged straight away and you will receive June box as your first shipment around the 14th, and renew on the 1st July to receive July’s box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime for monthly subscriptions from within you account- simply login and click edit under your subscription info.

Prepay subscriptions will auto renew after the specified period and on the re-bill date (usually the 7th of the month) You can cancel your membership at any time but this won’t come into effect until you get to the end of your specified time in months on you prepay advance package.

Can I get a refund?

We only except refunds, returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, or missing from the product list.

My box didn’t arrive!

From our experience, lost packages are incredibly rare! There are a very small number of packages that can be delayed in customs for over 2 weeks in the US and Canada, and in very rare circumstances can take over 4 weeks for delivery. As the standard shipping charge does not cover tracking we are unable to guarantee refunds for claims of undelivered boxes as we have no way to monitor deliveries. If this is a concern for you we have an ‘add on’ tracked delivery option for an extra $4 per month.
